Aniket Ghosh was recently quoted in a Moneycontrol article discussing the government’s reported move to drop ‘ex-ante’ regulatory provisions from the revised Digital Competition Bill amid concerns about stifling innovation.

Commenting on the development, Aniket noted, “These provisions (ex-ante) were originally proposed to address the speed and scale of potential anti-competitive harm in digital markets, drawing inspiration from the EU’s Digital Markets Act and similar frameworks.”
