# Event Recap: Yoga Session for Lawyers – A Morning of Mindfulness and Balance

On Sunday, May 18th, KSK hosted a rejuvenating **Yoga Session for Lawyers** at the Hotel Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Designed to offer a moment of calm amidst the demands of legal practice, the session was open to all levels and led by our Partner, **Himanshu Deora**, who guided participants through a thoughtful, beginner-friendly flow.

The event brought together legal professionals for an hour of mindful movement and reflection. From first-time yogis to seasoned practitioners, attendees embraced the opportunity to stretch, breathe, and reset in a serene setting.

We are grateful to everyone who attended and made this wellness initiative a success. Special thanks to those who joined us early and helped set a positive tone for the day.
