King Stubb & Kasiva is pleased to announce that **Adnan** Siddiqui has joined us as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Adnan brings an extensive background in legal advisory and representation, with expertise spanning **real estate litigation**, **IT laws**, and corporate advisory.

Adnan has been instrumental in providing strategic counsel to startup firms, manufacturing units, and real estate developers. He has represented prominent organizations, including the **Technology Development Board** and **CREDAI**, across key legal forums such as the **Supreme Court**, **CAT**, **NCDRC**, **RERA**, and **NCLT**.

In addition to his legal acumen, Adnan was also a contributor to the **WHO Development Program**, focusing on amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act and road safety mechanisms in India.
