Set deep within forest landscapes, the film narrates a gripping tale of a tribal man’s fight for love as he attempts to rescue his deaf and mute girlfriend from a ruthless forest officer, unfolding into a high-stakes cat-and-mouse drama. KSK provided end-to-end legal and transactional advisory on the project. The firm’s scope of work included structuring and negotiating production agreements, cast and crew contracts, music rights, and revenue-sharing arrangements. In addition, KSK advised People Media Factory on securing and negotiating distribution deals across theatrical, satellite, and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless transition from development to exploitation.
