# EPFO Modifies List of Documents to be submitted for correction of father/mother’s name

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has issued a circular dated March 11, 2024 bearing No. WSU/2022/Rationalisation of work areas/Joint Declaration/17 and thereby, added further documents viz Aadhaar card of the member bearing the father’s/mother’s name, PAN Card, 10th or 12th certificate/mark sheet bearing father/mother’s name and driving license in the list of documents as mentioned in the Standard Operating Procedure issued by EPFO for processing joint declarations for member profile updation in EPFO.
