The Company Incorporation forms (Spice + Part A, Part B, & RUN) that were available for filing purposes in V2 until January 6 at 12:00 PM, shall be available on the V3 portal starting on January 9, 2023, at 0:00. The remaining 45 forms were accessible in V2 until January 6 at 11:59 PM for filing purposes. These forms will be available on the V3 portal starting on January 23, 2023, at 0:00.
