Former Lexygen, Algo Legal Partner Prashant Kataria joins King Stubb & Kasiva I Bar & Bench

Algo legal Partner Prashant Kataria has joined King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys as a Partner in the Corporate law practice in Bengaluru.
Kataria will be the new Head, VC and PE practice, and he will be based in Bengaluru.
On Kataria’s addition to the firm, Managing Partner Jidesh Kumar said,

Kataria is a 2003 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
Prior to Algo Legal, Kataria was a Partner at Lexygen and was associated with the firm for about 13 years. Before that, he was working with Nishith Desai Associates.
On his joining the firm, Kataria stated,
