Atul N Menon Joins King Stubb & Kasiva As Partner – Litigation And Dispute Resolution

King Stubb & Kasiva is pleased to welcome Atul N Menon as a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

Atul brings with him over 13 years of experience advising and representing clients in complex commercial, regulatory, and white-collar disputes. Prior to joining KSK, he was a Partner at SAGA Legal, and earlier served as Counsel at AZB & Partners, where he was involved in high-value and strategically significant matters across multiple forums.
Atul holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London.
His practice spans appearances before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and key regulatory, enforcement, and investigative authorities. He has advised and represented Indian and multinational corporations in high-stakes criminal investigations involving white-collar offences, financial irregularities, and audit-related issues. His experience also includes significant work in arbitrations, civil and commercial suits, shareholder disputes, and proceedings under foreign exchange and money-laundering laws. As part of core litigation teams, Atul has been involved in several high-profile and transformative matters, including insider trading and financial crime investigations.
In addition, Atul regularly advises banks and financial institutions on recovery proceedings and has represented corporates in matters relating to oppression and mismanagement, mergers, capital reduction, and restructuring. He has also acted for Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries in sensitive regulatory and criminal proceedings.
Beyond his practice, Atul serves on the Advisory Council of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law and is a member of the youth wings of leading international arbitration institutions, including YIAG, YICCA, and YMCIA.
His work has been recognised through his inclusion in BW LegalWorld’s “40 Under 40” list (2024) and his recognition as a “Future Star” for White-Collar Crime by Benchmark Litigation (2025).
