Aurelia Menezes Engages Future Legal Minds at SDM Law College, Mangalore

KSK is delighted to share that our Partner, Aurelia Menezes, was recently invited as a resource person by SDM Law College, Mangalore, to lead a seminar on the financial structure of a company.

In her session, Aurelia broke down key components of corporate finance with clarity and precision. She spoke on topics such as shares, debentures, allotment and transfer of shares, and highlighted the significance of financial tools like private placements and public deposits in building a company’s capital base.

What set the seminar apart was not just the depth of technical knowledge, but the way Aurelia wove in her own professional journey in corporate law, giving students a front-row view into how legal principles play out in the real world.
