First Legal Challenge to India’s Online Gaming Law: Expert View by Navod Prasannan

In a recent Financial Express article, Navod Prasannan sheds light on the constitutional arguments likely to shape the first legal challenge to India’s new online gaming law.

He explained:
“The strongest constitutional grounds likely to be raised are rooted in Article 19(1)(g) (right to carry on trade or business), arguing that the law imposes unreasonable restrictions beyond the scope of Article 19(6).”
