Kaushal brings with him over a decade of extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented leading corporates, high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities across a diverse range of high-value and complex disputes. His practice encompasses commercial suits involving declarations, specific performance, confidentiality, non-solicitation, and contractual disputes, as well as writ petitions, appeals, guardianship matters, and domestic arbitrations from the pre-arbitration stage through enforcement and execution of arbitral awards. 

In addition to his broad commercial disputes practice, Kaushal has represented government regulatory authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in significant securities law litigation. His experience in navigating complex regulatory and commercial matters further enhances the firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive and strategic dispute resolution services to clients across industries.
