Our Partner Sukrit R. Kapoor represented M/s Asandas & Sons Pvt. Ltd. before Delhi HC in LPA 134/2025

KSK is delighted to share that Mr. Sukrit R. Kapoor (Partner, Disputes and Litigation) successfully represented M/s Asandas and Sons Pvt. Ltd. before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in LPA No. 134/2025.

The Division Bench set aside the direction against our client to furnish a Bank Guarantee in the range of INR 24.30 Crores (approximately) under the PLI Scheme, holding that since the company has chosen to withdraw from the scheme, no financial or penal consequences would follow.

The Hon’ble Court also declined to impose costs, affirming that parties are entitled to pursue their legal remedies.
