KSK Represents Realme Before Andhra Pradesh High Court in Worker Strike Matter

KSK acts for Realme Mobile Technologies Telecommunications (India) Pvt Ltd” before High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amrawati in seeking police protection for Company’s employees, personnel, material and trucks against striking workers of the contract manufacturer.

CASE BRIEF: Realme Mobile Technologies Telecommunications (India) Pvt Ltd (Realme) filed writ petition before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amrawati (High Court) against the inaction of the State Administration and Police Authorities in providing protection to its Company’s employees, personnel, duty paid material and trucks that were within the premises of its contract manufacturers in Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh).

Realme moved the High Court through W.P No. 25285/2025 and pursuant to arguments on 17th September 2025 and 18th September 2025 the High Court has directed the jurisdictional police authorities to provide immediate police protections for the safe passage of their goods, materials and employees through trucks.

Realme briefed Mr. Vikram Pooserla, Sr Advocate through Mr. Navod Prasannan (Partner Litigation, Chennai, KSK) and Mr. Aditya Bhattachrya (Partner Litigation, New Delhi, KSK).
