King Stubb & Kasiva Serves as Premier Sponsor at the 5th NUJS National Competition Law & Digital Forensic Moot Court Competition

King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) is proud to announce its role as the Premier Sponsor of the 5th edition of the CCI–NUJS National Competition Law & Digital Forensic Moot, held in Kolkata from 14th to 16th November 2025. Organized in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and the Society of Trade and Competition (SITC), NUJS, the event brought together some of the brightest legal minds to engage with emerging challenges in competition law and digital forensics.

This edition of the moot aimed at fostering analytical thinking and honing advocacy skills among law students, while addressing the evolving intersections of competition law, technology, and forensic investigation.

KSK Partner Mr. Aniket Ghosh led the firm’s engagement at the event. He graced the Opening Ceremony as the Chief Guest and also served as a judge for the Final Round, contributing his insights and expertise to the competition.
