KSK Welcomes Adnan as Partner in the Real Estate Practice

King Stubb & Kasiva is pleased to announce that Adnan Siddiqui has joined us as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Adnan brings an extensive background in legal advisory and representation, with expertise spanning real estate litigation, IT laws, and corporate advisory.

Adnan has been instrumental in providing strategic counsel to startup firms, manufacturing units, and real estate developers. He has represented prominent organizations, including the Technology Development Board and CREDAI, across key legal forums such as the Supreme Court, CAT, NCDRC, RERA, and NCLT.

In addition to his legal acumen, Adnan was also a contributor to the WHO Development Program, focusing on amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act and road safety mechanisms in India.
