Mr. Anand brings over 18 years of extensive legal experience, with over 14 years dedicated to corporate law and M&A and an additional 4 years in civil litigation. Anand’s expertise spans across drafting and negotiating a vast range of international business contracts, including banking and finance agreements, external commercial borrowing (ECB) loans, private equity, joint ventures, concession agreements, NDAs, and shipping contracts. His proficiency extends to advisory on M&A, business law, commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, positioning him as a versatile and strategic advisor.
