We are pleased to announce the appointment of Navod as a Partner at KSK, further strengthening our Dispute Resolution practice.

Navod is a seasoned dispute resolution expert with over 14 years of experience representing clients across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. His practice includes appearances before the High Courts of Madras and Kerala, Subordinate Courts in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and tribunals such as the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NGT, FSSAI Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Commissions, Industrial Tribunals, Labour Courts, RERA and its Appellate Tribunal, and the Central Administrative Tribunal.

He has advised and represented clients in a wide array of complex matters, including commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency proceedings, white-collar crime, intellectual property disputes, and employment-related litigation. Notably, Navod has successfully challenged regulatory actions before constitutional courts and led legal due diligence and contract negotiations for several major infrastructure projects.

Navod’s exceptional legal acumen has been recognised through accolades such as “Young Professional of the Year” (2018) and “Outstanding Young Person” (2021).
