Mr. Sanjay Kumar has joined King Stubb & Kasiva as Pharma and Life Sciences Partner. He has joined the firm’s Mumbai office.
During his long and illustrious career of over 2 decades, Mr. Sanjay has been involved in a number of Pharma transactions, Pharma advisory, Life Sciences strategies and regulations, intellectual property issues, and other intricate issues involving pharma regulators both in India and Globally. He has assisted senior advocates and counsels as the lead briefing attorney on numerous cases, including those involving international arbitration, anti-trust, commercial disputes, copyright infringement, etc.
He has completed his LLB from Delhi University in 1999 and has obtained an LLM degree from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2002 and has since been working with some of the leading Pharmaceutical firms in India.
He was a part of the Piramal Foundation For Education Leadership Program in Rural Rajasthan which focuses on providing proper education, empower women and safe drinking water to the people living there.
