King Stubb & Kasiva Advises Mythri Movie Makers on Telugu Psychological Horror-Thriller ‘418’

King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK), advised Mythri Movie Makers on the legal and commercial aspects of its upcoming Telugu psychological horror-thriller, 418, presented by acclaimed filmmaker Prashanth Neel and written and directed by Kirtan Nadagouda in his directorial debut. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on 23 October 2026.

KSK’s Media and Entertainment team advised on the legal and commercial structuring of the project, including the drafting and negotiation of production documentation, cast and crew agreements, and music rights arrangements. The team also advised on the film’s distribution arrangements across theatrical, satellite and digital platforms, addressing the contractual framework governing its exploitation across these channels.

Starring Chaithra J. Achar, Surya Raj Veerabathini, Charan Lakkaraju, Preethi Pagadala, Ramesh Indira and Shashank Patil, 418 is set in a rural medical college where a sealed-off building conceals the mystery of Room No. 418, which has remained forbidden for 15 years.
