King Stubb & Kasiva is pleased to have represented the producer, Vriddhi Cinemas LLP on the much-anticipated pan-Indian feature film “Peddi” starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, slated for a theatrical release on 4th June 2026.

About the Film

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, with a widely celebrated soundtrack by Oscar-winning composer Mr. A.R. Rahman, Peddi tells the story of a spirited young man whose passion for sport becomes a catalyst for unity and change in his village.

Our team provided end-to-end legal and transactional advisory on the project, covering a wide range of services:

  • Structuring and negotiation of production agreements
  • Cast and crew contracts
  • Securing and negotiating agreements in respect of theatrical distribution and other exploitation rights
  • In-film brand placement and integration deals
