KSK Advises People Media Factory on Pan-Indian Feature Film The Raja Saab

Pleased to share that King Stubb & Kasiva had the privilege of representing People Media Factory on the upcoming pan-Indian feature film, “The Raja Saab”. Written and directed by Maruthi, and starring Prabhas, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar, The Raja Saab is a large-scale romantic horror-comedy slated for a worldwide theatrical release on 9th January 2026.

KSK’s Media team provided end-to-end legal and transactional advisory on the project, including the structuring and negotiation of production agreements, cast and crew contracts, and music rights. We also supported People Media Factory in securing and negotiating distribution deals across theatrical, satellite, and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless transition from development through to exploitation.

In addition, we provided litigation and dispute-related support to the Producer in relation to the project, alongside advisory on intellectual property, content licensing, and regulatory compliance.
