Puneet Bhatia joins King Stubb & Kasiva as Partner to strengthen the Firm’s Corporate, Venture Capital and Private Equity Practice

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys (“KSK”), has further strengthened its Corporate, Venture Capital and Private Equity practice with the addition of Puneet Bhatia, who joins the Firm as a Partner. Puneet will be based in New Delhi.

Puneet’s arrival adds further depth to KSK’s Corporate VC and PE capabilities and reinforces the Firm’s ability to advise founders, investors, and corporates across the investment lifecycle.

KSK has an established Private Equity & Venture Capital practice, having advised leading domestic and global funds and companies on investments and exits across sectors including e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, media, logistics, and emerging technologies. The addition of Puneet significantly enhances the Firm’s bench strength in this space and strengthens its ability to advise clients on complex, high-value transactions.

Puneet brings around 12 years of experience advising on venture capital and private equity transactions, including early stage and growth-stage investments in start-ups, M&A, regulatory matters, structured exits, etc. Working closely with KSK’s Corporate and M&A, Banking & Finance, and Regulatory practices, Puneet will help the Firm provide clients with an integrated offering across the transaction lifecycle.
