King Stubb & Kasiva Advises Quest Global on its Business Acquisition of BITSILICA Private Limited and its Subsidiaries

King Stubb & Kasiva acted as legal counsel to Quest Global, one of the world’s largest independent pure-play engineering services companies, in connection with its business acquisition of BITSILICA Private Limited and its subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia. 

The acquisition marks a significant strategic milestone for Quest Global, strengthening its semiconductor design and engineering capabilities while expanding its footprint in serving global semiconductor customers. The transaction further advances Quest Global’s vision of building end-to-end engineering capabilities spanning concept-to-silicon-to-software. 

The transaction was led by Sindhuja Kashyap (Partner), with support from Tanishq Acharya (Senior Associate), Mona Rawat (Principal Associate) and Srishti Rathore (Associate), who advised on the successful execution of this multi-jurisdictional transaction.
