In addition to her panel discussion, Sindhuja presented at the LAW European Employment Group Meeting (EEG) with her session titled, “Working Remotely: A Review of Today’s Evolved Workplace and Other Trends and Developments.” She emphasized the legal implications of remote work in India, highlighting essential guidelines for employers, including best practices and the potential challenges in India’s shifting work environment.
