Sreenivasa has joined King Stubb & Kasiva (“KSK”) - Advocates and Attorneys as a Partner in the Real Estate team. Sreenivasa has experience in representing and advising clients on matters related to Real Estate acquisition, due diligence, lending, development, land aggregation, leases, SEZ, ReIT, Industrial land, Logistics, Retail, Townships, Commercial and Residential.
Sreenivasa will be part of the Real Estate practice and will be based in Bengaluru. He has formerly worked for Lumiere Law Partners, Khaitan & Co, LLP, Dua Associates, etc. He is an alumnus of Bangalore University, University Law College, Bengaluru.
