Abhishek Bagga was quoted by Times Now Digital in its report on the Reserve Bank of India’s caveat before the Bombay High Court in relation to Tata Sons’ listing requirement.

Commenting on the development, Abhishek noted that the RBI’s rejection reinforces the regulatory basis for Tata Sons’ continued classification as an NBFC-Upper Layer and, consequently, the applicable listing requirement.

His comments provide context on the regulatory and procedural implications of the RBI’s latest steps concerning Tata Sons’ listing status.
