Rohitaashv Sinha on Progressive State-Led Labour Reforms Enabling Women’s Night Shifts 

In a recent article published by Moneycontrol titled “States lead on labour reforms, pave way for women’s night shifts amid Centre’s code delay”, Rohitaashv Sinha lauded the efforts of state governments in ushering transformative labour reforms aimed at increasing gender inclusivity in the workforce. 

Commenting on the significance of these changes, he said, “This is a game changer and will create gender inclusivity, increase workforce contribution, and be in line with global standards, which will have a major economic boost in future.” 

His remarks highlight the potential of these reforms to unlock greater participation of women in India’s formal economy and align the country with progressive global employment norms.
