Workshop on POSH for Vena Energy

Smita Paliwal-Partner;Dispute Resolution recently conducted an awareness workshop on POSH for the Employees of Vena Energy. A separate session for the ICC was also conducted to impart legal knowledge for the fair adjudication of the complaints. Queries qua the neutrality/biasness of the POSH Act were also addressed.
