Auto Sanction System For Registration And Licensing Under The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970

The Government of Rajasthan has notified[1] the implementation of an auto sanction system, in order to increase the efficiency of the online registration process. This system will automate the sending of reminders to the applicants on the submission of documents and payment of fees for registration and license under the said Act. The reminders will be sent in a phased and time-bound manner.

Further, auto-cancellation and auto-sanction of registration and license will be enabled concerning certain cases.
