Chhattisgarh Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Rules, 2023

The Government of Chhattisgarh has formulated the Chhattisgarh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2023 under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 to provide for the rights and entitlements of persons with disabilities and covers major aspects of their education and employment including reservation in government establishment, special employment exchange for notification of vacancies, skill, technical, and scientific training departments and accessibility to these centres are part of the rules protected with grievance redressal systems.
