Commercial Establishments In Himachal Pradesh Can Operate Till 11 PM.

The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through its Department of Labour & Employment, has extended the closing hours of shops and commercial establishments from 9 PM to 11 PM by amending the Himachal Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1969. This change of timings will be with immediate effect and will be applicable till 31.07.2023 and will be subject to other applicable labour laws.
