Compliance With The West Bengal State Tax On Professions, Employments Act, 1979 

The Directorate of Commercial Taxes of the Government of West Bengal has issued an order dated 27.04.2023, regarding the extension of the last date for filing the employee returns statement under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Employments Act, 1979. This is to inform that the data of the return is to be communicated by 31.05.2023 and the paper form of the return is to be furnished by 07.06.2023. It has also been specified that the late fee for the extended dates will not be payable.
