The Delhi High Court Iterates the Exception of No Work No Pay Principle

The High Court of Delhi while hearing the plea in W.P.(C) 4217/2022 for back wages claimed by the petitioner whose services were reinstated by the school pursuant to the order of the Delhi School Tribunal held that where termination of service is rendered illegal, such termination will fall in the exception of no work no pay principle and the respondent has to pay back wages to the petitioner.
