EPFO issues guidelines on reporting in Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0

EPFO is organising district camps under Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 program on the 27^th of every month or next working day if 27^th is a holiday. Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 is an open platform wherein members, pensioners, employers or anyone else may visit the camp for redressal of grievances and sharing of information. In this regard, EPFO has instructed through a circular dated March 26, 2024 bearing No. C&PR/2023/NAN2.0/Report-4/E-57674, that a log or register of visitors is to be maintained in the prescribed format in respect of the camps. Further, the venue details of the district camps are to be uploaded on EPFO websites and shared on social media for wide publicity. Last minute changes of location camps should not be permitted. Also, zonal officers are requested to send NAN-1 by 10^th of every month.
