Please be advised that Company Incorporation forms (Spice + Part A, Part B, & RUN) available for filing in V2 through January 6 at 12:00 PM are enabled on the V3 portal by the MCA department since the ninth of January 2023.

The Company Incorporation forms (Spice + Part A, Part B, & RUN) that were available for filing purposes in V2 until January 6 at 12:00 PM, shall be available on the V3 portal starting on January 9, 2023, at 0:00. The remaining 45 forms were accessible in V2 until January 6 at 11:59 PM for filing purposes. These forms will be available on the V3 portal starting on January 23, 2023, at 0:00. The PAS-3 form will be accessible for filing in V2 up until January 19 at 11:59 PM, and it will be enabled in V3 starting on January 23, 2023, at 0:00 AM.[1]
