The Government of Madhya Pradesh has published rules under the Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act, 2005

The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide Notification No. F1-172-2021-Two-C-X dated 7^th August 2024 has supressed Madhya Pradesh Private Security Agencies Rules, 2012 and issued the updated Madhya Pradesh Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2024. The new rules introduce a few changes in the procedure and conditions for grant and renewal of license and training, among other changes.
