Production/Distribution Of Fuel Gases Notified As Public Utility Service

For the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Central Government has notified the services engaged in the processing, production or distribution of fuel gases (coal gas, natural gas and the like) to be a public utility service vide notification bearing No. S.O. 4879(E) for a period of 6 months from the date of notification i.e. November 9^th, 2023.
