The Chhattisgarh Factories Rules, 1962 Amended

The government of Chhattisgarh has, by the notification dated 10.05.2023 omitted Rule 53 under the Chhattisgarh Factories Rules, 1962. Rule 53 directs for the white-washing and colour-washing of latrines and urinals at least once every four months, with records in the prescribed register, and the same has now been omitted.
