The government of Andhra Pradesh has issued notification inviting objection and suggestion from stakeholders on amendment under Factories Act, 1948

The Labour, Factories, Boilers and Insurance Medical Services Department issued notification no. G.O.Ms.No.3, Labour Factories Boilers & Insurance Medical Services (Lab.II) dated April 3, 2025 has invited objections and suggestions on the proposed amendment of Rule 76(B)(2) Qualifications for Welfare Officer. The qualifications include, a degree in any discipline from any recognized UGC university or any institution affiliated to such university, a post graduate degree or diploma covering the subjects of labour legislation, industrial relations, H.R. management and labour welfare, adequate knowledge of Telugu language.
