The Government of Kerala revises fee for registration under the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962

Labour and Skills (E) Department, Government of Kerala vide notification no. G.O. (P) No. 32/2025/LBR dated April 5, 2025, had amended Rule 5 of the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962. The amended provisions had brought in the following new rates of registration among others:

  1. Up to 5 motor transport workers the fee shall be INR 575
  2. 6 to 10 motor transport workers the fee shall be INR 865
  3. 11 to 20 motor transport workers the fee shall be INR 1,725
  4. 21 to 30 motor transport workers the fee shall be INR 2,875
  5. 31 to 40 motor transport workers the fee shall be INR 3,450
  6. 41 to 50 motor transport workers the fee shall be INR 5,175
