Unified Employees’ Provident Fund Portal For The Principal Employers

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), New Delhi, has issued an advisory regarding the launch of a unified portal[1] for the principal employers to login and view the EPF compliances concerning their contractors and their labour. As per the advisory[2], the principal employers and their contractors covered under the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, who are deducting and depositing the EPF contributions, are advised to register on the said portal and monitor the compliances and UAN-wise remittance by the contractors.

The advisory is applicable to the principal employers of offices/undertakings under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and those operating and outsourcing manpower in the private sector.
