Uttar Pradesh exempts Information Technology and Information Technologies Enabled Services establishments from the provisions governing hours of business and close day set out in the Uttar Pradesh Dookan aur Vanijya Adhisthan Adhiniyam, 1962 by insertion of the said establishments in Schedule II in view of public interest.
