Deepika has an overall experience of 9 years in the field of litigation and has joined KSK in April 2018. She focuses primarily on advising a broad spectrum of clients doing business in Insurance, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Dealer, Telecom, Airlines and Real-estate Sector. She has represented on behalf of such clients before NCLT, NCLAT, District Consumer Forum, State Commission, National Commission, District & Sessions Court, High Court and Supreme Court of India.
Deepika has extensively advised various clients on various criminal issues including process to move for filing of Anticipatory and Regular Bail, to lodge an F.I.R and Criminal Complaint under section 156(3) of CrPC, advised to file Quashing Application as per section 482 of CrPC, filing of application under section 205 and 305 of CrPC. She has handled various consumer matters at PAN India level and has also advised client under SARFAESI Act and Debt Recovery Tribunal. She has also been involved in advising the clients in the process of Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation as well as provided legal opinion to the clients under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She has also appeared and advised clients under Medical Negligence. She also had a wide experience in handling matters under Negotiable Instruments Act and Matrimonial issues.
