She has been prepareing legal audit reports, TSR activities, Reviewing Loan documents of consortium loan accounts for Standard Chartered Bank. Co-ordinated with all the states external advocates to obtain the Search Report, Encumbrance Certificates and Certified Copy.
With over 16 years of diverse litigation experience, Gracy’s foremost areas of practice include, handled cases relating to civil disputes, criminal cases and appeared for Writ peitions, Motor accident Claim Cases, Family cases, Appeals in both Criminal Cases and Civil Disputes before High Court of Madras and Labour Court, City Civil Court, Consumer Redressal Forum etc., and also, providing title verification reports, search reports, transactions related to immoveable properties for various leading banking institutions, non-banking financial institutions.
She is having handful experience in provided title verification report for
immoveable properties to various leading banking institutions such as Axis, HDFC, Citibank, ICICI and leading non-banking financial institutions such as DHFL, IndiaBulls, LIC-HFL and to leading real estate promoters/Developers
Drafted and vetted various deeds and agreements related to transactions like Sale, Mortgage, Release, Settlement, General Power of Attorney, Joint Venture Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, Trust Deed and all kind or registration process before sub register office.
Currently she is handling Legal Auditing work in Standard Chartered Bank with respect to loan/mortgage division. Also coordinating with the external advocates to obtain the legal opinion in due diligence and Encumbrance Certificates and Certified True Copy.
