He has further gained experience representing his clientele in arbitration disputes and complaints registered under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 before the various Courts and Tribunals across Bangalore. In addition to representing clients before the various judicial fora, he is also well versed with the judicial procedures and handles the drafting, execution and filing work as well. He has further handled various recovery matters and prepared case briefs & legal opinions in a variety of matters. In addition to the aforementioned, he has assisted Designated Senior Counsels in representation before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and further entered representation before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka for various clients and further has obtained favourable orders therein as well.
