Karthik focuses his practice on the Supreme Court of India. He also appears before appellate tribunals on a regular basis. His practice involves regulatory litigation, writ and special leave petitions, appeals to the Supreme Court, and corporate, governance and shareholder disputes. He is also a registered Advocate on the Record of the Supreme Court of India. His clients include Hindustan Zinc, Quest Global, Twitter, etc.

  • Has drafted and filed petitions challenging the vires of several legislations and amendments such as the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967, and National Investigation Agency (Amendment) Act, 2019 before the Supreme Court.
  • Has assisted in arguing an appeal in a disproportionate assets case on behalf of the aide of the erstwhile Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu before the High Court of Karnataka which resulted in her acquittal.
  • Has briefed and assisted the leading Senior Counsel of the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court on a regular basis.
