  • Has drafted and filed petitions challenging the vires of several legislations and amendments such as the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967, National Investigation Agency (Amendment) Act, 2019 before the Supreme Court.
  • Has assisted in arguing an appeal in disproportionate assets case on behalf of the aide of erstwhile Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu before the High Court of Karnataka which resulted in her acquittal.
  • Has briefed and assisted leading Senior Counsel of Supreme Court and Delhi High Court on a regular basis.
  • Has been representing CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India) before the Supreme Court seeking extension of moratorium, waiver of interest and penal interest during the period of lockdown declared by the Government in view of COVID 19.
  • Has been appointed as a Group 'C’ Panel Counsel for conducting the central Government litigation before the Supreme Court of India w.e.f. 29.09.2012 for a period of two years.
