Represented Mr. Konidala Pawan Kalyan, actor and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, in a matter involving misappropriation of his name, image, likeness and persona across multiple online platforms. The Court recognised that his identity is uniquely associated with him and granted an order addressing serious concerns under personality and publicity rights law. The proceedings involved coordinated enforcement against major online intermediaries including Flipkart, Amazon, Google, Meta and Meesho under the IT Rules, 2021.
