Sakshi primarily deals in Real Estate Matters and engaged in working with Due Diligence, Title Search Reports and Commercial Agreements along with working of Real Estate Litigations. She has worked with RERA PAN India and has experience with Real Estate Developers.
She holds an experience in cases pertaining to Real Estate Trademarks filings and litigations and conducting Annual Audits for RERA Compliances. She also handles the drafting and execution of Lease Agreements for Real Estate Developers.
