Udita’s primary focus area lies in Corporate & Commercial Laws and Regulatory Compliances. She deals in diverse matters including commercial agreements, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, facility and loan agreements, power purchase agreements, CNG distribution agreements, software service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, etc. She also handles the drafting and execution of loan documentation for various banks. Additionally, she is involved in the provision of opinions on issues pertaining to IT laws, mining laws, foreign direct investment, incorporation of companies, and labour laws, etc.
She has previously also advised corporate clients on various arbitrations and commercial litigation matters and has provided pre-litigation strategy advisories and opinions.
