He also advises clients on various issues relating to minimum wages payable to the nurses, whether the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is entitled to levy conversation/mixed-use charges/parking charges/permission fees etc. in terms of Master Plan for Delhi 2021 and issues related to the handling and disposal of medical waste under the Bio-Medical Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 1998.
Devang represents and advises various Medical Associations such as Delhi Medical Association (having more than 600 hospitals & nursing homes) and DMA Nursing Home and Medical Establishment Forum before various courts and authorities. He is also a trusted lawyer for some of the Hospital and Nursing Homes such as Sanjeevan Hospital and UK Nursing Home. In addition, he also represents Sky Gate Hospitality Pvt. Ltd in their legal disputes before various forums.
